Modern cultivation of alternative crops

After joining the EU, fundamental changes have taken place in our agricultural production, including crop production. Old, well-funded cultivated plants have disappeared, and plants of minor importance have been given a dominant or so-called big role for big plants. Our compilation entitled Modern Cultivation of Alternative Plants helps to monitor this change and the results of agrotechnics. Our book seeks to convey to the reader the changed approach that an environmentally friendly, sustainable approach requires.
