Organization of alternative rural businesses

Are we interested in what alternatives arise on the demand side of products or services, and who satisfies it and how. In the definition, we are interested in what business and technical alternatives the rural entrepreneur has chosen based on the needs on the demand side, and we define the concept of "alternative farming enterprise" accordingly. Alternative farming can and should be clearly defined in relation to conventional farming methods and principles, taking into account the causal links between the above two approaches.
