Works of literary history by János Horváth IV.

The volume is from the 19th century. It deals with the analysis of the literature of the 20th century: it contains two books and thirteen shorter studies, a university lecture, a memorial speech, an analysis of works, an introduction, and a communication. The two books are the first published by Sándor Petőfi in 1922 (which occupies more than half of the volume) and the posthumous Pál Gyulai, published in 1999, from 1927-1928. We can also find material that has not been published in the volume so far: one is the larger part of the literary view of National Classicism, which presents the conception of János Arany and Zsigmond Kemény, the other Ferenc Salamon (both university lectures date from the 1930s). Much of the volume in the volume is now difficult to access.
